I’m Perla Harriet Ernest with 15+ years across sectors specialising in human behaviour and communication.
At fifteen, I asked myself a raw question: Why am I here, if I can’t even speak freely?
That question became a decision.In 2009, I did the work; intensively, consistently, with full determination; because I knew communication was my first step to unlock everything in me: leadership, connection, and creation.
As a multifaceted entrepreneur and executive, curiosity and connection have always been my compass.
As founder & CEO of Proyecto Ernest, we build coherence: smart systems beyond tech, virtuous leadership with agile project management that delivers results, and communication that lands across diversity.

I’ve worked and socialised across worlds; from working-class environments to executives, major company owners, and private circles.
One constant stood out: human behaviour is fascinating uniquely & context-driven.
Mindset, background, childhood conditioning, and environment shape how adults relate, lead, buy, trust, and collaborate across personal life, family, friendships, strangers and business .

After moving to Saint Barths, I saw how much excellence depends on design, not effort.
I began spotting patterns across residents, seasonal teams, UHNW families, luxury travellers, and the curious ones who come to explore. One thing became undeniable: effort alone doesn’t hold standards, systems do.
Island economics work differently than cities. Logistics are tighter, seasons hit harder, and pressure moves fast through teams. Geopolitical shifts can also change conditions quickly.
