A third-culture life across five continents and six countries shaped my discernment for what holds families together — and what quietly takes them apart. I have worked and lived across the social spectrum: from working-class environments to private family offices, from operational teams to the most discreet circles.
What I learned across all of them: families do not fail because of love or money. They fail because the architecture beneath the relationships was never designed — only inherited, and rarely examined.
Trained in Business Excellence and Supply Chain Management in the United Kingdom. Trained over five hundred executives at the highest levels of BBVA, Banamex, Bimbo, Schneider, and IPADE. Founded Proyecto Ernest in 2017 — more than fourteen hundred people accompanied in deep transformation since, with clients spanning more than fifteen nationalities. MBA with distinction, UK, 2024.
Today, programmes operate across México, Central America, the United Kingdom, and Europe — and since 2026, Saint Barthélemy.
