At fifteen, after living with chronic stuttering since age three, I asked a raw question: why am I here? That question became the engine of a career.
Trained in Business Excellence and Supply Chain Management in the United Kingdom. Trained over five hundred executives at the highest levels of BBVA, Banamex, Bimbo, Schneider, and IPADE. Pioneer in stuttering transformation in México, having accompanied more than three hundred people through that work alone.
Founded Proyecto Ernest in 2017. Since, more than fourteen hundred people accompanied in deep transformation, with clients spanning more than fifteen nationalities — and the methodology has reached over twenty thousand people through organizational engagements. MBA with distinction, UK, 2024. Carbon Literacy certified.
Today, programmes operate across México, Central America, the United Kingdom, and Europe — and since 2026, Saint Barthélemy. Integrating neuroscience, communication, and strategy into a single architecture for inside-out coherence.
