Referral partners · Saint-Barthélemy
An introductionthat reflects well on you.
For advisors, family offices, villa managers, concierges and professional firms who serve owners on the island — and who are often the first to notice when a business has outgrown the way it is run.
When to refer
You do not need to diagnose anything. These are the signals owners usually mention first:
- i.Quality drops when the owner is away. The standard lives in one person, not in the operation.
- ii.Every season starts from zero. New team, same explanations, same mistakes by February.
- iii.The middle layer is overloaded. Head chef, villa manager or maître d’ carrying far more than their role.
- iv.A transition is coming. Growth, a second site, a sale, or a handover to the next generation.
How a referral works
- 01You make the introduction. A short email or call — with the owner’s agreement.
- 02A confidential first conversation. Perla speaks with the owner directly. Nothing is shared without their consent.
- 03You stay informed — within limits. We confirm whether an engagement proceeds. Anything beyond that is shared only if the client agrees.
Confidentiality
The owners you introduce are often private people. We do not name clients, publish results or discuss one client with another. The same discretion applies to you as a referrer.
Referral commission
A referral commission is paid only when an engagement is signed and the client’s first payment has been received. Introductions alone, conversations or diagnostics that do not lead to a signed engagement are not commissioned. Terms are agreed with you in writing before the first introduction, and disclosed to the client where your own professional rules require it.
